RS 30:63 - Transfer of rights acquired in violation of R.S. 30:61 null Any sale, lease, exchange, transfer, or assignment by any of the persons mentioned in R.S. 30:61 of any rights, property, or things of value acquired in violation of that Section is null and void ab initio.
