RS 30:691 - Liquefied petroleum gas; defined 'Intrastate liquefied petroleum gas' is defined as those gases derived from petroleum or natural gas which are in a gaseous state at normal temperature and pressure and those maintained in the liquid state at normal atmospheric temperature by means of suitable pressure, exclusive of anhydrous ammonia, when such gas is produced, transported and utilized wholly within the state of Louisiana where the transportation thereof is exempt from federal regulation.
