RS 30:692 - Application of Chapter Except as may otherwise specifically be provided in the constitution of this state, the provisions of this Chapter, including the powers, duties and functions of the commissioner and the Louisiana Energy Commission, shall apply to intrastate liquefied petroleum gas.
