RS 30:803 - Conservation and environmental protection In all cases, a lessee under a geothermal lease or an owner shall conduct his exploration, drilling, development, production operations and disposal methods using all reasonable precautions to protect the environment and to prevent pollution of state waters, other environmental damages, or waste of geothermal resources.
