RS 30:805 - Leasing procedures Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, applications for state geothermal leases, the inspection of the lands, the quantity of land to be obtained in a single lease, the advertisement for bids, the bidding procedures and the board's authority to accept or reject bids all shall be governed by the provisions of R.S. 30:125 through R.S. 30:129 both inclusive.
