RS 30:932 - Effect of amendments to public law 95-87 The commissioner shall have the right to grant variances to the requirements of this Chapter and the regulations issued pursuant to this Chapter in the issuance of any permit pursuant to this Chapter, or, upon application of a permittee, to amend an issued permit to allow such a variance, when such variances are permitted by an amendment to Public Law 95-871 subsequent to the enactment of this Chapter.
