RS 30:96 - Nullification of Part This Part shall be null, void, and without effect upon the appropriation by the legislature of all or any portion of the monies in the Oilfield Site Restoration Fund for any use or purpose other than that provided for by this Part; provided however, upon the creation of a trust fund in the constitution of Louisiana for the purposes contained in this Part, the legislature may appropriate all of the monies in the Oilfield Site Restoration Fund to such constitutional trust fund.
