RS 31:204 - Security interest in minerals and proceeds thereof The Uniform Commercial Code - Secured Transactions governs the manner of creation of security interests in minerals produced and the proceeds from their sale or other disposition, as well as the rights of the holders of these security interests against obligors and third persons.
