RS 31:211 - Availability of mandamus for nonpayment of sums due for production A purchaser of production under Article 210, a purchaser of production under any division order, or a purchaser of production from a lease under which the lessee's royalty obligation to the lessor has been satisfied by the delivery of production to the purchaser may be compelled by writ of mandamus issued by a court of competent jurisdiction to pay sums due for production purchased by him.
