RS 31:38 - Good faith production for beneficial purpose required To interrupt prescription it is not necessary that minerals be produced in paying quantities. It is necessary only that minerals actually be produced in good faith with the intent of saving or otherwise using them for some beneficial purpose. Acts 1974, No. 50, §38, eff. Jan. 1, 1975.
