RS 31:47 - Compulsory unit operations; adoption unnecessary When drilling or mining operations or actual production otherwise sufficient to interrupt prescription takes place on a compulsory unit including all or a part of the land burdened by a mineral servitude, an interruption of prescription takes place without formal adoption by the owner of the servitude.
