RS 31:96 - Previously created royalty; dependency on mineral servitude when acknowledged When for the purpose of interrupting prescription the owner of a mineral servitude acknowledges a mineral royalty previously created by the landowner, the royalty thereafter depends upon the continued existence of the servitude.
