RS 31:98 - Suspension of prescription by obstacle An obstacle to actual production of minerals that would be sufficient to suspend the prescription of nonuse if the owner of a mineral royalty were the owner of a mineral servitude suspends the prescription of nonuse running against the royalty until the obstacle is removed.
