RS 32:1270.30 - Recreational vehicle manufacturer termination of line-make; manufacturer bankruptcy; license Notwithstanding the terms of any franchise or other provision of law, if the termination, cancellation, or nonrenewal of a licensee's franchise is the result of the termination, elimination, or cessation of a line-make by the manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch, whether by bankruptcy or otherwise, the license issued by the commission may remain in effect at the discretion of the commission pursuant to its rules.
