RS 32:1425 - 'Narcotic drug' defined As used in the compact, the term 'narcotic drug' with reference to this state shall mean in addition to narcotic drugs, central nervous system stimulants and hallucinogenic drugs. Added by Acts 1968, No. 273, §16; Acts 1968, No. 296, §1.
