RS 32:299.1 - Off-road vehicles Each coroner shall report to the Consumer Product Safety Commission by April first of each year all deaths of persons under the age of sixteen years related to off-road vehicles that such coroner has investigated for the prior calendar year. Acts 2008, No. 563, §1.
