RS 32:315.1 - Reflecting tape on trailers hauling sugarcane Every trailer hauling sugarcane shall be marked with reflecting tape affixed to its rear and sides. The department shall adopt rules governing the placement of and standards for the tape and may require other reflective devices on trailers hauling sugarcane for the safety of motorists.
