RS 32:370 - Warning devices must be approved by commissioner prior to sale or use thereof No person shall sell or offer for sale, either separately or as a part of the equipment of a motor vehicle, or use upon a motor vehicle on the highways in this state any warning device mentioned in this Chapter, unless such device has been submitted to the commissioner and been approved by him.
