RS 32:394 - Flagrant violations; courts to give details on request of department The courts shall, upon the request of the commissioner or his agents, furnish to the secretary the details of all particularly flagrant cases which may be heard before them. They may make recommendations to the commissioner as to the suspension or revocation of the licenses and the certificates of registration of the defendant in such cases as they deem necessary.
