RS 32:396 - Commissioner to publish records As often as practicable, but at least once each month, the commissioner shall either publish or post upon public bulletin boards in each of his offices, a record of stolen and recovered motor vehicles and of suspensions and revocations of operators' and chauffeurs' licenses.
