RS 32:398.5 - Applicability The provisions of this Part are to be considered as supplementing any and all other provisions of law relating to the same subject matter or which can be given full force and effect in accomplishing the purposes set forth in this Part and which are not in direct conflict with any of the provisions of this Part.
