RS 32:454 - Rules and regulations The secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections shall adopt rules and regulations not inconsistent with this Part in order to fully effectuate the purpose and intent hereof. Oversight review of the secretary's rules and regulations shall be conducted by the Joint Legislative Committee on Transportation, Highways, and Public Works. Added by Acts 1980, No. 587, §1.
