RS 32:534 - Construction of Part; zoning This Part shall in no way conflict with R.S. 33:4721 through 33:4730. However, if zoning ordinances are now in operation in any municipality allowing the erection and operation of filling stations in zoned areas, such municipality is prohibited from enacting any ordinance regulating the hour of their closing, and other zoning laws.
