RS 32:55 - Exclusion of vehicles from highways; notice required No person shall operate, or knowingly permit to be operated, a motor vehicle over any highway of this state from which it is by proper authority excluded, provided notice of such exclusion is conspicuously posted at the entrance to such highway.
