RS 32:622 - Manufacture, sale or distribution of brake fluid; registration; permits It shall be unlawful to manufacture or distribute any brake fluid for sale in this state unless such brake fluid has first been registered as required by this Part. No person shall manufacture, or distribute any brake fluid for sale in this state unless he has first applied to the department for the registration of such brake fluid to be handled by applicant and has received a written permit authorizing the sale, use, manufacture, or distribution of such brake fluid for sale in this state during the period and under the conditions stated in R.S. 32:623.
