RS 32:629 - Fees The department shall collect from the applicant seeking a permit to manufacture or distribute brake fluid as defined in this Part, a fee of $50.00 for each permit or renewal which fee shall be used by the department to administer the provisions of this Part. Acts 1958, No. 279, §9.
