RS 32:670 - Test results for persons under the age of twenty-one; exclusion from official driving record The submission to a chemical test by any person under the age of twenty-one which indicates a blood alcohol level of at least 0.02 but less than 0.08 percent shall not be included on his official driving record. However, this provision shall not prohibit the use of those results for administrative purposes or for obtaining a conviction, or the use of a conviction obtained based on those results for any purpose allowed by law. Acts 1999, No. 927, §1; Acts 2001, No. 781, §4, eff. Sept. 30, 2003. NOTE: Section 6 of Acts 2001, No. 781, provides that the provisions of the Act shall become null and of no effect if and when Section 351 of P.L. 106-346 regarding the withholding of federal highway funds for failure to enact a 0.08 percent blood alcohol level is repealed or invalidated for any reason.
