RS 32:716 - Dismantling registered vehicle Any owner dismantling or wrecking any registered vehicle shall immediately forward to the commissioner the certificate of title or permit to sell, registration card, and the registration plate or plates last issued for such vehicle, whether such plates and documents were issued by the vehicle commissioner of this state or of any other state.
