RS 32:78 - One-way roadways and rotary traffic islands A. The Department may designate any highway or any separate roadway for one-way traffic and shall erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof. B. Upon a roadway designated and signposted for one-way traffic a vehicle shall be driven only in the direction designated, and a vehicle shall be driven as nearly as practicable entirely within a single line of traffic and shall not be moved from such line of traffic until the driver has first ascertained that such movement can be made with safety. C. A vehicle passing around a rotary traffic island shall be driven only to the right of such island. Acts 1962, No. 310, §1.
