RS 32:787 - Criminal penalties Any person, firm, association, corporation, limited liability company, or trust which is required to be licensed under the provisions of this Chapter, committing a violation of this Chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than five hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, and each day that a person, firm, association, corporation, or trust violates this Chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
