RS 33:120.1 - Civil actions Nothing contained in any subdivision regulation shall relieve, lessen, or otherwise diminish the responsibility, liability, or duty of any person engaged in the design or development of a subdivision for damage to property or injury to another caused by or resulting from any defects of any nature in any work performed or acts done by said person.
