RS 33:123 - Ex-officio members The mayors of incorporated municipalities in the parish, the president of the parish school board, and the chairman of the police jury finance committee, or the equivalent thereof, shall be ex-officio members of a parish development board. The ex-officio members shall be in addition to the members appointed by the police jury.
