RS 33:1261.7 - Federal and state aid Ambulance service districts created hereunder shall have full power to do such things and enter into such contracts and agreements with the United States of America or with any state or federal agency or instrumentality as may be necessary to procure aids and grants to assist such districts in carrying out the purposes for which they are created.
