RS 33:130.201 - LaSalle Economic Development District; creation; territorial jurisdiction A. The LaSalle Economic Development District, hereinafter referred to as the district, is hereby constituted and is declared to be a body politic and political subdivision of the state of Louisiana, as defined in Article VI, Section 44 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
