RS 33:130.359 - Exemption from taxation The district and all properties at any time owned by the district and the income therefrom and all bonds, certificates, and other evidence of indebtedness issued by the district under this Subpart and the interest or income therefrom shall be exempt from all taxation by the state of Louisiana.
