RS 33:130.591.8 - Exemption from taxation The commission and all properties at any time owned by the commission and the income therefrom and all bonds, certificates, and other evidences of indebtedness issued by the commission under this Subpart and the interest or income therefrom shall be exempt from all taxation by the state of Louisiana.
