RS 33:130.770 - Exemption from taxation The authority and all properties at any time owned by the authority and the income therefrom and all bonds, certificates, and other evidences of indebtedness issued by the authority under this Subpart and the interest or income therefrom shall be exempt from all taxation by the state of Louisiana.
