RS 33:135.2 - Houma-Terrebonne zoning authority The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government may provide, by ordinance, that the Houma-Terrebonne Regional Planning Commission or its successor shall serve as the zoning commission for the city of Houma and any other part of the parish where zoning authority is exercised. The commission shall hold separate meetings and keep separate minutes and records when serving as a zoning commission. Acts 2001, No. 79, §1.
