RS 33:1350 - Audit of funds The legislative auditor shall have the authority to examine and audit the books and accounts of any fund established under the provisions of this Subpart pursuant to the provisions of Section 513 of Title 24 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. In addition, each participating local governmental subdivision shall have the authority to cause an examination and audit of said fund by its representatives. Added by Acts 1979, No. 462, §1.
