RS 33:1652 - Penalty for not keeping required office Any parish treasurer neglecting or refusing to comply with R.S. 33:1651 shall be subject to pay a fine of not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than three hundred dollars, recoverable before any court of competent jurisdiction, at the discretion of the court, to be added to the school fund of the parish.
