RS 33:1894 - Sunshine rule All proceedings of the governing body in relation to the plan and all proceedings pursuant to the plan shall be open to the public. All records, documents, and evidentiary material shall be public records. This Section shall apply notwithstanding any other provision of the law. Added by Acts 1979, No. 535, §1.
