RS 33:2027 - Board of trustees of fund The board shall be a corporate body politic and shall be composed of: (1) The mayor or chief executive of the municipality. (2) The clerk or secretary of the municipality. (3) The chief of the fire department. (4) Two active firemen, appointed by the mayor or chief executive with the advice and consent of his council.
