RS 33:2033 - Duties of secretary The secretary of the board shall keep in books, provided for the purpose, a complete record of all proceedings of the board, particularly with reference to investing money belonging to the fund which proceedings shall be spread upon the minutes in full. He shall file and keep all correspondence of the board and shall perform other duties assigned him by the board, including the preparation of warrants for the various disbursements from the fund and the keeping of an accurate record thereof.
