RS 33:2035 - Fund not subject to claims against beneficiary The fund, or any portion thereof, before or after an order for its distribution is issued, shall be exempt from assignment or pledge by a beneficiary of the fund or from seizure by virtue of any judicial process issued against the beneficiary.
