RS 33:2039 - Proration of funds when insufficient for full payment Should the fund at any time be insufficient to make all payments properly payable therefrom, the beneficiaries shall not have a right of legal action against the municipality, or its governing authority, or the board, for the full amounts of their claims, but the amounts available shall be properly prorated until such time as the fund is sufficient to make full payments.
