RS 33:207 - Permits and licenses Permits and licenses granted to any place or person by any of the constituent municipalities shall, subject to their conditions, remain in full force and effect and be recognized by the new municipality until the expiration of the term for which they were granted. But this Section shall not be construed to prevent the revocation of any such permit or license before its expiration in the manner provided by law.
