RS 33:2195 - Providing necessary personnel A. The superintendent of police or commanding officer of the department shall provide a sufficient number of officers and men to carry out the objects of this Subpart. B. The superintendent of police or commanding officer of the department may appoint reserve personnel as unpaid volunteer litter-watch agents, as trained under the auspices of the superintendent of police or commanding officer of the department.
