RS 33:2343 - Meetings; quorum A. The board shall meet regularly each calendar quarter at such time and place as it may determine. The board may meet at such other times as it deems appropriate. Four members of the board shall constitute a quorum. B. The board shall annually elect a chairman and such other officers of the board as they may determine necessary and appropriate for the administration, implementation and enforcement of this Subpart.
