RS 33:2481.5 - Deputy chief of police; competitive appointment; city of Alexandria Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3 of Act No. 748 of the 2010 Regular Session of the Legislature, the governing authority of the city of Alexandria may create, by ordinance, the position of deputy chief of police in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 33:2481.4.
