RS 33:2531.1 - Continuation of coverage by Part Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the provisions of this Part shall continue to be applicable to any municipality, parish, or fire protection district which, prior to July 1, 2006, established a classified civil service pursuant to this Part.
